Understanding neurodiversity not as a deficit, but as difference.
At Evolutionary Mind, we reframe traditional views of diagnosis. Rather than simply attributing traits to diagnoses like ADHD or autism, we explore how these associated characteristics may have been advantageous in our evolutionary past—and how they continue to offer unique strengths today. This approach empowers young people and their support networks to better understand behaviours, develop effective strategies, and shift perspectives from limitation to potential. It’s about recognising innate skills and building confidence from a place of acceptance and understanding.

"Every young person deserves to be truly seen and understood for who they are—not just through a diagnosis, but as a whole human being. My work is about helping them, and the people around them, uncover their unique strengths and walk forward with confidence."
— Helen Fenoulhet, Founder of Evolutionary Mind
